Terms of Use

These terms apply to the AiValut website at aivalut.pl. By using it or creating an account, you agree to them.

1. The service

AiValut shows market data, charts and levels gathered from public sources. The live ES chart is open to everyone; the full terminal needs a free account. The service is free and may change, be paused or end at any time.

2. Not investment advice

Everything on AiValut is for information only. Nothing on it is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trading futures and options carries a high risk of loss. You make your own decisions and bear their results.

3. Data from other sources

Prices, levels and other data come from third-party public sources. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and may stop being available. AiValut is provided "as is", without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or availability.

4. Your account

Use your own e-mail address, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
One person, one account. You must be at least 18 years old.
You may delete your account at any time by writing to contact [at] aivalut.pl.

5. Fair use

Don't try to break into, overload or disrupt the service, don't copy its data in bulk with automated tools, and don't use it to break the law or anyone else's rights. We may limit, suspend or close an account that does.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator of AiValut is not liable for any loss arising from using the service or relying on its data, including trading losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

7. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and law
